Haven Home Health Services' whole network is made up of 23 offices in 5 states, proudly employing over 800 of the most talented, compassionate, and hard working staff.  From our nurses to our sales teams to our office managers, Haven is proud that each staff member calls Haven their home.  Our leadership is comprised of strong and loving individuals who have decades of home health experience and who foster an environment that empowers the next generation to flourish.

Our Mission:

Haven Home Health Care provides services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of rehabilitation potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional's point of view.


Our Hospice mission is to provide dedicated and compassionate care for patients facing a life-limiting illness and to support their loved ones.

Haven's History

We feel both proud and blessed to be able to serve America's senior population as we seek to empower elders & enrich the lives of those we serve!

2014

Our Start

It began as a family mission when we purchased our first small Home Health Agency in the state of Florida.  During our first 3 years, Haven's presence in Florida grew to 6 total offices, including 3 Medicare-Certified and 3 Private Duty Home Health locations serving a total of 12 Florida counties.

2021

Our Expansion

We then began our most recent expansion project by purchasing a small Home Health agency in Seattle, Washington, we started 2 new Hospice locations in Indiana, and continued to grow our Florida presence to include an additional 6 Medicare-Certified Home Health locations and 3 additional Private Duty locations.

2017

Our Stretch

Haven diversified our geographical footprint by purchasing a small Home Health and Hospice operation in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Over the next 4 years, that network expanded to 6 Home Health offices and 4 Hospice locations licensed to serve the entire state of Arizona.

2024

Advanced Tech

As of April of 2024, Haven's service area includes 16 Medicare-Certified Home Health offices, 6 Medicare-Certified Hospice offices, and 6 Private Duty Home Health offices, serving over 3,000 patients every day over 4 different states!

Our Story: More than just home health

45% of Haven is owned by a non-profit, The Charis Foundation, whose primary function is to rescue and care for orphaned and vulnerable children.  For over 20 years we have been honored to serve hundreds of children in 5 different countries. Those within Charis have the privilege to not only financially contribute to the lives of the children and children's homes we support, but emotionally connect by visiting and pouring out love and sharing experiences with our global partners.
